Shaadigram creates AI-generated pre-wedding albums from photos you upload. Because we handle photos of you and your partner, we keep this policy plain and specific about what we collect, how we use it, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
- Photos you upload — typically one photo each of the bride and groom, used to generate your album.
- Contact details — your name, email address and (if you provide it) phone number, so we can deliver your album and reach you about your order.
- Order details — the theme, outfits and package you chose.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We receive a confirmation and a transaction reference; we do not store your full card or banking details on our servers.
- Basic technical data — standard logs such as device and browser type used to keep the service secure and working.
How we use your photos
Your uploaded photos are used for one purpose: to generate the pre-wedding album you ordered. They are processed by our AI image pipeline and reviewed by our team for quality before delivery.
We do not train AI models on your photos. Your images are not added to any training dataset, and they are not used to improve our models or anyone else's.
How long we keep your photos
Uploaded source photos are used to produce your album and then deleted after delivery, normally within 30 days of your album being delivered. Your finished album is kept available for download for a limited window so you can save it. We retain basic order and billing records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run Shaadigram:
- Payment processor — to take payment securely.
- Email/delivery provider — to send your album and order updates.
- Cloud hosting and AI image processing — to store uploads securely and generate your album.
These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your photos for their own purposes. We may also disclose data if required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can ask us to delete your uploaded photos at any time. To make a request, email us and we'll act on it promptly.
